Recently, Hoa Hiep Fish Sauce production facility was honored to welcome the Leadership Delegation of the “One Commune, One Product” (OCOP) program for a site visit and survey. This visit serves as a prestigious recognition of our relentless efforts to preserve traditional craftsmanship while opening new opportunities for Hoa Hiep to standardize and thrive in the future.

During the working session, the OCOP delegation conducted a direct tour of the production area, observing Hoa Hiep’s closed-loop fermentation process.
