  2. Prepare the dipping sauce (standard ratio):
  • 2 tablespoons Hòa Hiệp 40N fish sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 small lime (for juice)
  • Minced garlic and chili
    Stir well and adjust the seasoning to taste.

Tomato egg soup.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of Hòa Hiệp 40N fish sauce

    Instructions:
  1. Preparation: Cut the tomatoes into wedges, and finely chop the green onions and cilantro.

  • green onions and cilantro
    Instructions:
  1. Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the minced meat and stir for 1 minute.
  2. Add 700ml of water and bring it to a boil, then add the winter melon and cook until the water boils again.
  3. Skim off the foam, then add the seasoning powder, salt, and Hòa Hiệp fish sauce (you can adjust to taste).
  4. Finally, add the green onions and cilantro, and it’s done.
