In the vibrant atmosphere of March 2026, Hoa Hiep Fish Sauce was deeply honored to welcome a high-level delegation from Daejeon City (South Korea) for a visit and working session at our factory in Cai Nhum Commune, Mang Thit District, Vinh Long Province.

This is a significant event, marking a new milestone in promoting the essence of traditional Vietnamese cuisine to the international market, particularly to potential partners from South Korea.

A Journey to Discover the “Taste of Heritage” in Mang Thit

During the working session, members of the Daejeon delegation showed special interest in the traditional fish sauce production process—a source of pride for the people of Vinh Long in general and Hoa Hiep in particular for over six decades.
The delegation personally observed the natural fermentation process using fresh anchovies and sea salt. Members expressed their admiration for the harmonious combination of traditional brewing methods, which preserve the full natural flavor, and the meticulousness in the packaging stage, ensuring stringent food safety standards.

During the discussion, representatives from Hoa Hiep Fish Sauce shared insights into the culinary similarities between the two nations.
