Production process of Hoa Hiep 60-nitrogen high-grade fish sauce 250ml: 1. Raw materials Fish, salt: carefully selected fresh Phu Quoc anchovies with pure salt in a ratio of 3 fish: 1 salt 2. Fermentation in a tree tank for 12 months: Fish and salt are fermented in a tree tank for 12 months. 3. Extraction of fish sauce essence: after 12 months of fermentation, the fish sauce will be extracted, filtered to create 40N fish sauce 4. Vacuum concentration: 40N fish sauce is put into a vacuum concentration system to produce 60N high-nitrogen fish sauce 5. Quality control – Finished product packaging: Products are quality tested before packaging according to the quality control process according to TCVN ISO 22000:2008
